1. Two copies of Employment Agreement (as per specimen copy attached), neatly typed, on Bahrain Judicial Stamp Paper. Handwritten Agreement will NOT be accepted, at any cost. Signature of the employer along with office stamp should be appended on all the pages of the Employment Agreement.
   (নিম্নে প্রদত্ত নতুন নমুনা অনুযায়ী বাহরাইনী জুডিশিয়াল ষ্টাম্পে সম্পূর্ণ টাইপকৃত ও প্রতি পৃষ্ঠায় নিয়োগকর্তার স্বাক্ষরিত ও সীল মোহরকৃত দুই কপি এগ্রিমেন্ট পেপার। হাতে লেখা এগ্রিমেন্ট কোনক্রমেই গ্রহণযোগ্য নয়।
2. Two Copies of the visa.
   (ভিসার 2টি ফটোকপি)
   
3. Certificate of authentication of documents issued by the Embassy.
   (দূতাবাসের মূল অথেনটিকেশন লেটার, যা প্রথমবার সত্যায়নের সময় দেয় হয়েছিল।)
   
4. Copy of Company's CR and employer's CPR.
   (নিয়োগকর্তার CR এবং CPR -এর ফটোকপি।)
   
5. If the signatory is other than the employer/CR owner, copies of his CPR and passport should be submitted, along with a copy of the Power of Attorney given by the CR owner.
   (এগ্রিমেন্ট পেপারে নিয়োগকর্তা ব্যতীত অন্য কেউ (যেমন - HR ম্যানেজার) স্বাক্ষর করলে তাঁর CPR ও পাওয়ার অব এটর্ণীর ফটোকপি।)
   
6. Name, CPR number and telephone/Mobile number of existing employees in separate papers.
   (পৃথক কাগজে কোম্পানীতে বর্তমানে কর্মরত বাংলাদেশী কর্মীদের নাম, CPR ও টেলিফোন নাম্বার।)
   
7. Contract submitted to LMRA & GOCI during the visa processing.
   (ভিসা করার সময় LMRA ও GOCI -তে যে এগ্রিমেন্ট পেপার জমা করা হয়েছে তার ফটোকপি)
